Check the list of common issues and solutions below before submitting your request
If your toilet isn't flushing properly, you can use a plunger to push anything stuck in the pipe through the system. Be careful not to flush the toilet if it's already clogged, as this could cause the basin to overflow.
Sink & Shower Clogs
If your sink or shower clogs, you can also try to use a plunger to clear these drains. Many hardware stores also sell drain cleaning tools you can use to fish debris out of the pipes.
Please don't use chemical cleaners as these could damage the system.
No Electrical Power
If you lose electricity...
Call your utility company to troubleshoot the problem. There may be issues with your account or outages in your neighborhood could be impacting your home.
No Hot Water
If you run out of hot water in your home, check your water heater settings. Verify that the tank is not in vacation mode. If you make any changes to the temperature settings, wait 15 to 20 minutes before testing the water again.
If your heat or air conditioning isn't working properly, use your home's central thermostat to troubleshoot. Verify that the system has power and no settings have been changed accidentally.
