Julie has been managing residential rental properties in the Greater Austin area since 2011. In 2013, she opened Peach Blossom Properties, LLC. Julie is the current broker of Peach Blossom Properties and holds the RMP® designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers. She holds the TRLS® and TRPM® designations from Texas Realtors®.
Julie has served on several boards and has fought for private property rights for her clients. She stays active in the legislative arena at the state and local level.

Teresa has been in the real estate business since 2000. In May 2020, Teresa and Julie decided to collaborate on a great opportunity to expand Peach Blossom Properties, LLC into a national footprint. In an effort to move the company forward, Teresa became the Chief Operating Officer in March 2023. With over 13 years’ experience working in state government, 20+ years in the real estate industry combined with 3 years of property management experience paralleled with the best customer service experience in the market today, Peach Blossom Properties, LLC is headed for a dynamic year of growth. Teresa has a BA Degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. She has also increased her knowledge in the industry by obtaining the following designations and certifications:

Teresa currently serves as a National Association of Realtors (NAR) Director, Member on the NAR Housing and Financing Committee, Texas Realtors Regional Vice President, Texas Realtors Political Involvement Committee (PIC) Liaison, and member of ABOR TREPAC Committee.
